People who are born when Scorpio was rising in the sky come into the world with a very deep purpose.

I don't know many Scorpio Risings, but the few friends I do have who are… happen to be some of my closest friends.

These people are ruled by Mars and Pluto respectively, they lead their lives with a very subdued ambition. Some Scorpio Risings have dealt with life-altering or tragic event (s) that forces them to change their way of living pretty early in life.

Scorpio Risings tend to value their experiences. They are like phoenixes, in which they use their experiences to continuously transform themselves. Those transformations tend to be expressed in forms of speech or soapbox type platforms.

They can also be highly intuitive & their creativity is fueled by their ability to perform. They tend to be surrounded by or attracted to earthy-type people, they need that sort of grounding. They can be highly motivated with the right kind of encouragement. Their best way of learning is through a nurtured & safe environment.

People with strong Scorpio energy has powerful abilities of manifestation. And it's no joke for these Risings. Of course, it can depend on where the placement of their planets are, especially their rulers Mars and Pluto…. but I feel this is one of their stereotypes that kind of holds true.
