Since I don’t have computer access right now, I am just doing a quick update through the phone. If you’re a Sephora member, you can get a gift during the month of your birthday. I finally decided to get mine this year, I bought some other things for myself in the process. For this month, the birthday gifts were a couple of Fresh Sugar moisturizing lip treatment sticks. They both have an SPF of 15 and are scented like fresh lemonade. The chapstick in the pink container named Rosé has a bright red tint to it. A little bit of it does go a long way; they condition your lips and do last. I also bought Sephora’s brush cleansing wipes, they’re about $3 for 20 sheets. It’s just to test it out since I need some sort of solution to clean my brushes other than soap that dries things. I also finally got Urban Decay’s original eyeshadow primer to test out! I’ll post a bit more about it later to show the results. And lastly, I bought Sephora’s Moonshadow Baked In the Dark eyeshadow pallet. The colours are beautiful! They’re shimmery and dark, each with a slight metallic tint. They have a nude pallet with more earthy tones, which are the colours I usually wear. I wanted something different. Anyway, I’ll test these out and update later!

My weekend so far.

No laptop or computer access, so I haven’t been online much.

Friday - At work, I took a 3 hour long lunch, then when I got back, I was on the phone for a good 45 minutes before the entire site went down. Computers and phones were not working, so we all got to sit around and do team meetings. I played with the new PS Vita… not gonna lie, they look pretty awesome. Touch screen front and back. Camera quality was neat!

Saturday - After work, met up with friends for dinner and a huge announcement. My friend is pregnant, I’m gonna be an auntie! After dinner, a smaller group came over to our place. We drank and had hookah.

Sunday - My friend Amy invited me to lunch with a few of our other ladies to have dim sum, however, I didn’t get to attend. My little sisters and their friends planned a Valentine’s/birthday party for me. It was a sweet gesture, I got a stuffed teddy bear and tons of sweets. They pulled out an ice cream cake, which was unexpected.

My aunt and baby cousins also came to visit, so I got to see them as well.

Sunday - David and I got to do some shopping today. We had lunch at Chipotle, bought medicine because I woke up with a sore throat, then got a new entertainment center as well as some bathroom supplies. Since we have been having some bad luck with electronics lately, we decided we will buy Jen’s laptop together. I will probably have to wait to get my laptop with my tax return as soon as I receive my other W-2.
